Kicker Brayden Narveson plans to transfer away from Iowa State. Narveson has 3 years of eligibility remaining and was graded as a 5 star kicker by Kohl's kicking camp. He appeared in 5 games for Iowa State in 2019, and was 2/4 on field goals for the Cyclones, for a 50% conversion ratio. This move makes sense for Brayden as Connor Assalley has the starting role for the Cyclones and multiple other talented kickers have transferred into the program. Some of those names include Alex Probert and Eddie Ogamba.

Iowa State defensive back Keontae Jones is transferring away from Iowa State. The brother of Cyclone standout wide receiver Deshaunte Jones is entering his redshirt junior season. I projected Jones as a key played in the defensive backfield this year for the Cyclones. The 3 star recruit out of Cincinnati had plenty of offers coming out of high school. Some of the top offers were from Illinois, Iowa, Virginia Tech and Indiana. In 2019, Jones appeared in 9 games and recorded two tackles.
Former 3 star defensive back, Richard Bowens III is transferring away from the ISU football program and transferring to Central Michigan. At Iowa State, he totaled 18 tackles and a fumble recovery against Oklahoma. He has also started multiple games for the Cyclones.
