Hawaii’s Drew Buggs is another ISU Transfer Target. He has lots of top schools looking at him, including ISU. However, he just released that he would prefer to stay close to family which is in the West, which is a big hit to ISU. Buggs averaged close to double digits scoring last season for the Rainbow Warriors. He also added 4.5 RPG and led the Big West with 5.4 APG. Buggs would be immediately eligible as a grad transfer.
