North Carolina Guard Jeremiah Francis is another Transfer Target for the Cyclones. The 6 foot guard from Ohio averaged over 3 PPG in limited minutes for the tar heels. He also added  1.3 RPG and 1.6 APG during his freshman season. Iowa State was one of the top schools who reached out to Francis when he entered the Transfer Portal a week ago. Other schools such as BYU, TCU and Cal have also reached out to the Ohio Native. Francis was sought after coming out of high school, being a top 4 star recruit. His eligibility for next year is uncertain at this point. Francis could develop into a great point guard for ISU.
