4/30/2020

Sit-out Forward Javan Johnson will bring lots to the Cyclones in the 2020-21. The real question is, How dominant can he be in the Big 12? He has had an additional year to become grow his game and get ready for his time with the Cyclones. The ex-Troy player averaged 10.4 PPG, 4.2 RPG and 1.6 APG while shooting 40% from the field during the 2018-19 season. He also has the ability stretch the floor, shooting 35% from behind the arc during that same season.

Johnson is a player much like former Cyclone Marial Shayok, another sit out transfer. He may not be as defensively gifted as Shayok, but brings the same great spike of offense. He is a threat from all areas of the court.
Javan Johnson Highlights:
Take a Look at Johnson's Sophomore Highlights at Troy. Look for Javan Johnson to have an immediate impact on the Cyclones in this upcoming season. As of now, I have Johnson in my projected starting line up for ISU in the 2020-21 Season.
